TURAB is a small, independent operation — we collect the minimum information needed to get your order to your door, and nothing more.
What We Collect
When you place an order, we store your name, phone number, and delivery address so we can confirm the order with you and hand it to a courier. If you leave delivery notes, we store those too.
What We Never Collect
We never ask for or store card, bank, or any other payment details — every order is Cash on Delivery, paid to the courier in person. There is nothing to charge and nothing card-related to protect, because we never touch it.
How It's Used
Your details are used only to confirm and fulfil your own order — by our team and the courier delivering it. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.
